Resistance Band Training

Trained2GO Resistance Band Training Program is a simple and effective method to train ground force movements to improve athletic skills such as speed, power, mobility, strength, metabolic conditioning, and aerobic fitness. The Program will enhance the functional movements of shuffling, running, jumping, throwing, and swinging using multiple variations of pushing, pulling, pressing, squatting, or lunging.

  • Individual Monthly Session: $75
  • Five Monthly Sessions: $65
  • Ten Monthly Sessions: $50
  • Resistance Bands, Workout Videos & Program Included

In Person Training Plans

  • One Session: $75/hour
  • Five Sessions: $60/hour
  • Ten Sessions: $50/hour
  • Team Sessions (Up to 15 Players): $500
  • Full Season: $1000
